Welcome to ADORN LED Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, rentals, and services offered through our website https://adornled.ae and directly through our offices in Dubai and Sharjah.
By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed either through a Local Purchase Order (LPO) or written confirmation with advance payment.

A booking is considered confirmed only after a 60% advance payment is received.

The remaining 40% balance must be paid after setup and demo, before the event starts.
2. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or cheque.

All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless specified.
3. Security Deposit

No separate security deposit is required. However, clients are responsible for any damages or losses as stated below.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment received, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision on refund or rescheduling is at the sole discretion of ADORN LED Rentals.
5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery, installation, and dismantling are fully managed by the ADORN team.

There are no additional delivery charges for locations within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

For events in other Emirates, delivery timelines will be coordinated in advance.
6. Equipment Handling & Responsibility

Clients must ensure the safety and proper use of all rented equipment during the rental period.

Any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment caused by negligence, mishandling, or third-party actions will be charged at the actual replacement or repair cost.
7. Event Delays or Force Majeure
-
ADORN LED Rentals will not be liable for delays or service interruptions due to force majeure events including natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All LED screens, components, and software remain the sole property of ADORN LED Rentals.
9. Liability

ADORN LED Rentals will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use or failure.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
